If we talk about the supported versions of OS then at launch BBM will be supported on iPhones having iOS 6 and Android device on Ice Cream Sandwhich and higher. But don't worry for older os users because the next updates will also be compatible with Android 2.3 and iOS 4.0.
Bottom Line:
With the lowering of Blackberry's user rating i think Blackberry now understands that if they want to stay in the race of smart phones then it is time to do something which they have never done before. It is the moment to let people know whay BBM is all about. Why us it the most preferred messeging service on Blackberry devices?
I think they have taken right step because other messeging giants were impacting BBM due to its incompatibility with non-Blackberry devices.
