In my previous post about Blackberry Messenger (BBM) I told you guys that Blackberry is going to launch its BBM service for Android and iOS but no exact date was revealed by the company that when it would actually be available for use. Later after about one month they officially announced that it would be launched by the end of the summer. So now Blackberry has started the testing of Beta mode of the BBM app on Android and iOS as an indication to meet the above given statement about the launch.

Blackberry sent out a leak in the form of an email to invite people to be a part of their latest beta testing program. They also confirmed that in order to us the BBM on Android, you must be a part off the beta testing program and as well as you must have Android device running on 4.0 Ice cream Sandwich and later. If you were not a part of the official blackberry’s testing program then probably you have missed the chance to use it before anyone else on your Android. So now you would have to wait till its full release which is going to be in the end of the September.
