Jack Tong, President of HTC North Asia has recently announced that The HTC J Butterfly will get an
update to HTC Sense 5 very soon.
That was a conference mainly concentrated about the increasing production capacity of the HTC One because of its growing demand among the people worldwide. During this meet the HTC official also revealed some good news for HTC J Butterfly owners. According to Tong, The update for HTC J Butterfly has been planned by the end of this month.
New Features:
The new updates of HTC J Butterfly are inspired from the features of Its big brother HTC One. The new updates include starting with the Sense 5.0 interface, BlinkFeed included like in HTC One and the slide show feature for the camera which is also provided by HTC One.
Supportive Devices:
It has not been confirmed yet whether the update will also be available for the verizon veraions of HTC J Butterfly and the Droid DNA. A custom rom is required for the Sense 5.0 feature to work on Droid DNA versions of HTC J Butterfly.
Price:
If we talk about the pricing of update then company has revealed nothing about it. It would be interesting to see that whether it would be freely available or with a limited period of time.
It is obvious that the new update can be as revolutionary as HTC One selling rate.
