How to Solve " Task Manager has been disabled by the Administrator” Issue In Windows 8.

This is another problem which normally occurs due to the registry problems. The problema shows the error " Task Manager has been
disabled by the Administrator” everytime when you try to open it. As a result the task manager won't open and you cannot access the functions to control various functions of task manager. As we know that Task Manager is the most important Section of windows os because it gives you access to all the necessary startup and other currently running services.

So You can re-enable the disabled Task Manager by following some simple registry changes on your own.
Follow the Procedure as Written Below:
Step 1: Open search and type run then hit enter. In the box type "regedit" and press ok. Registry editor will open.
Step 2: Navigate to the following
registry keys and verity that
following settings set to default:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\Group Policy
Objects\LocalUser\Software
\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\policies\system\]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
\Microsoft\Windows NT
\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"DisableCAD"=dword:00000000
Step 3: Reboot the computer.
